With over 24 years of experience as a real estate investor, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients, ranging from single-family rentals, multifamily rentals, monthly rentals, to Airbnbs. My journey in real estate began with working alongside investors and facilitating resales, eventually transitioning into land sales, development, and new construction. These experiences have allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the real estate market.

After spending 15+ years in IT and Project Management, and actively investing in real estate, I decided to formalize my passion by obtaining my Real Estate License. I've been a licensed realtor in Missouri for over five years, in Kansas for one year, and was previously licensed in Nebraska for two years. Additionally, I was recognized as a Zillow Premier Agent for two years, earning awards as part of the Rival Real Estate team.

Specializing in new construction and land sales, I bring five years of dedicated experience in these fields. My educational background includes comprehensive coursework in drafting, new construction, land sales, and real estate development. A standout achievement in my career is my pivotal role in the development of 74 lots in Independence Regency Heights Phase 10, where I assisted the developer throughout the planning stages.

As a former Certified Project Manager with a PMP certification, I leverage my project management skills to ensure smooth transactions and successful outcomes for my clients. I personally own four buy-and-hold rentals and two Airbnbs, giving me a unique investor’s perspective that I share with my clients.

I enjoy networking and actively participate in local real estate networking meetings, which helps me stay updated on market trends and connect with other professionals in the industry.

My diverse background and hands-on experience enable me to offer my clients a unique perspective when evaluating properties, while always guiding them toward achieving their ultimate goal of finding the perfect home.
